Morning routing: detox lemon & apple cider vinegar juice


Here is a MUST DO.


  • 1 organic lemon
  • organic apple cider vinegar
  • sparkling water (chose one with a lot of minerals)

Press the lemon and use all the juice, add 30 to 75ml of vinegar and around 30cl of sparkling water.

The more vinegar you put the best it is. 1 big spoon is 15cl so 2 to 5 sp. Apple cider vinegar is full of minerals, offering the best possible to your body & brain first thing in the morning.

Please wait around 30 minutes before you eat food.
